Product description: LUSIN® CLEAN W101 is an aqueous alkaline formulation based on chelat builders
Application
LUSIN® CLEAN W 101 is a liquid mould cleaner. Its chemical custom essay composition enables it to remove polymeric deposits (including elastomers) and burnt on hard residues of grease, oil or release agent from the surface of the mould. LUSIN® CLEAN W 101 can also be used to clean barbecues, pots, glass and ceramic vessels.
CAUTION! Not suitable for use with aluminium or non-ferrous metals. The cleaner attacks paintwork and various plastic materials.
Instructions for use
The parts should be immersed until the contamination is dissolved. The use of agitators or custom writing ultrasonic devices is of advantage. The cleaner can be heated to a maximum temperature of 90°C.
The specific conditions for cleaning depend on the degree of contamination and should be established by testing.
Be careful: material causes burns.
